Purchased bottles are eligible for refunds only if:

(1) They are returned within 30 days of their purchase and are returned in their original bottle.

2) Refunds will be processed based on the manner of the purchase, and those that were made via a credit card will be processed through the credit card company based on their individual policies, which we are not responsible for.

(3) We maintain an Anti-Mischief Return Policy, so if there are returns from a multi-bottle purchase, we will only refund the first partially used bottle. The remaining bottles will be refunded only if they are returned sealed, unopened, and undamaged.

(4) All returns are refunded solely based on the proportionate amount of unused capsules in a returned bottle.
